These terms and conditions apply to the use of this Website, and by accessing this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. General

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes take effect immediately therefore it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions each time you use this website.

Order Procedure

We accept all major payment solutions, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. All orders must be placed via our website, as we are unable to take orders over the telephone.

On placing your order you will receive an automatically generated email to inform you we have received your order. This is not an order acknowledgement, nor does it constitute acceptance of your order. Once your order has been accepted and delivery time is known, we will email you an order acknowledgement detailing expected despatch date. Our offices are open from Monday-Friday 8.30am until 5pm.

We endeavour to process all orders within 7 days. Generally orders are despatched within one week of receipt.

Collections

Collections are not possiblem your order will be despatched to you via 3rd party courier.

Delivery Policy

We send domestic and international orders by Royal Mail, although heavier orders may be delivered by UPS or similar courier.  UK orders should expect 2-3 days to arrive once dispatched.  International orders are sent by DHL and dependant on the service specified on checkout may take a minimum of 5 working days to arrive. 

Returns Policy

Please contact us on support@storemydress.com prior to returning any goods, we cannot accept returns without prior authorisation.

Any goods returned due to no fault of Store My Dress are liable to a 20% handling charge. No returned goods can be refunded unless in perfect condition. The purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Bespoke or made to measure items are non-returnable and non-refundable. This is in line with 'The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000; Clause 13 Exceptions to the right to cancel - (c) for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;'

Claims for Damage / Loss

In the unlikely event that your order has been damaged in transit, incorrect or missing items you must notify Store My Dress in writing, within 3 days of receipt of the delivery.

Suitability for Use

Every care is taken to maintain the highest standards of quality. Store My Dress wish to make it clearly understood that it is the users' responsibility to ensure that the goods purchased are suitable for the intended purpose. No guarantee is given or implied that any product we supply is fit for any particular purpose, and our liability is strictly limited to the invoice value of the items concerned.

Prices

Prices are subject to revision without notice.  Store My Dress is not VAT registered. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, if this affects an order you have already placed, you will be given the option to cancel. All price changes will be published on this website. 

Overseas Orders

We export orders to countries all over the world. You are also welcome to contact us via email to support@storemydress.com, or alternatively use our online contact form, detailing the product codes and quantities of the items required, together with the delivery address. We will then be pleased to contact you with a full quotation including delivery costs.

Through this website you are able to link to other websites which are not under the control of Store My Dress. We have no control over the nature, content and availability of those sites. The inclusion of any links does not necessarily imply a recommendation or endorse the views expressed within them.

Change to Products

Store My Dress reserves the right to change material specification or substitute similar products for those displayed in the catalogue.

Warranty

The cost of returning goods is not covered by warranty. We supply products made by various manufacturers. The warranty of the product will be as the guarantee policy of the manufacturer.
